Job Requirements
- Must have previous bartending or bar back experience
- Ability to work mornings from 8am or 9am to 3:30pm
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Must comply with all state and local alcohol serving laws
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical stamina to perform job duties
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others
- Knowledge of mixology and bar equipment
- Understanding of state and local serving regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Offer customized recommendations to guests
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
- Comply with state and local serving guidelines
- Engage with guests through casual conversation
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies
- Ensure adherence to sanitation and safety standards
