The Busser/Food Runner role at Snowbird is pivotal in providing exemplary guest service within the resort's restaurant located on the plaza deck of the Snowbird Center. As a busser and food runner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order at your designated bussing station, ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset, including replenishing condiments and napkins to prepare for incoming guests. You will collaborate closely with front-of-house servers and back-of-house kitchen staff, ensuring seamless communication and efficient food delivery to guests.
