The role of Inventory and Lot Support Specialist at Bretz RV & Marine is an excellent fit for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in an active and hands-on environment. This position focuses on ensuring the efficient organization, movement, and presentation of inventory, including RVs, boats, trailers, and other recreational equipment on the dealership lot. Key responsibilities include assisting with unit check-ins, safely transporting vehicles and equipment around the property, performing lot maintenance, using forklifts and other tools, and collaborating with the sales, service, and management teams to support dealership operations.

The job is structured as a full-time, day shift position running Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break and occasional overtime as needed. The hourly pay range is $19.00 to $23.00, depending on experience, reflecting the company’s commitment to offering competitive compensation. This role is well-suited for individuals who have experience operating forklifts, are comfortable driving and towing various units, and are safety-conscious and organized.
