Job Description
Bretz RV & Marine is a well-established, family-owned dealership operating in the recreational vehicle and marine industry, with a rich history dating back to 1967 in Missoula, Montana. Starting from humble beginnings as a service station and U-Haul rental business, the Bretz family ventured into the sale and rental of small travel trailers, a decision that has led to the growth of multiple dealerships across Montana and Idaho. Known for their commitment to community involvement and exceptional customer service, Bretz RV & Marine supports a variety of local events and charitable organizations, reinforcing their role as a responsible and community-focused business.
As a growing business, Bretz RV & Marine emphasizes values such as passion, teamwork, growth, family, and profitability, aiming to provide a rewarding career experience for hardworking, team-oriented employees. The company fosters a family-oriented work environment, offering opportunities for career advancement, comprehensive benefits, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace following equal employment opportunity guidelines.
The role of Inventory and Lot Support Specialist at Bretz RV & Marine is an excellent fit for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in an active and hands-on environment. This position focuses on ensuring the efficient organization, movement, and presentation of inventory, including RVs, boats, trailers, and other recreational equipment on the dealership lot. Key responsibilities include assisting with unit check-ins, safely transporting vehicles and equipment around the property, performing lot maintenance, using forklifts and other tools, and collaborating with the sales, service, and management teams to support dealership operations.
The job is structured as a full-time, day shift position running Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break and occasional overtime as needed. The hourly pay range is $19.00 to $23.00, depending on experience, reflecting the company’s commitment to offering competitive compensation. This role is well-suited for individuals who have experience operating forklifts, are comfortable driving and towing various units, and are safety-conscious and organized. It demands physical activity and the ability to work in varying outdoor weather conditions while maintaining a keen eye for detail and communication skills.
Bretz RV & Marine provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision plan options, a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match, holiday pay, vacation time, employee discounts, an employee borrow program, and profit sharing. Additionally, the dealership offers unique perks such as on-site daycare and encourages a work-life balance in a family-oriented environment. Employees also benefit from team-building activities and opportunities for professional growth within a booming industry.
This opportunity invites dependable and safety-minded candidates who are eager to join a dedicated team that delivers quality service and upholds the company’s values of teamwork and community involvement. Working at Bretz RV & Marine means being part of a dynamic dealership that prioritizes employee satisfaction and aims to create an engaging and rewarding workplace while serving its customers with excellence.
