We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Porter to join our team. This role primarily involves greeting customers respectfully, assisting with vehicle handling, and supporting the service advisors by managing vehicle flow within the service lane to prevent congestion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving customers' vehicles through the service lane, performing basic vehicle checks such as alignment inspections for vehicles over 12,000 miles, and retrieving vehicles for customer pick-up. Additionally, this role includes driving company shuttles and customer vehicles to assist in transportation needs, ensuring a clean working environment by using cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers, and managing loaner vehicles per management’s direction.

This is a physically active job that requires standing, walking for long periods, and occasional bending. Job Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time and bending when necessary
- Must wear slip resistant shoes no open toe shoes or crocs allowed
- Valid driver s license
- Be insurable through Jenkins and Wynne Inc underwriter
Job Qualifications

- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver s license
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including walking and standing for extended periods
- Basic understanding of vehicle handling and safety protocols
- Reliable and punctual
- Capable of following management instructions effectively
Job Duties
- Moving of customers vehicles through the lane as to not let the lane get congested
- Performing alignment quick check of all vehicles over 12,000 miles
- Retrieval of customer s vehicle when customer arrives for pick up
- Driving of company shuttle and or customer vehicle for the purpose of dropping customers off or having vehicle repaired
- Keeping the lane clean including use of floor scrubber on floor
- Taking vehicles through carwash when necessary
- Other miscellaneous duties as initiated by management
- Checking in and retrieval of loaner vehicles
