Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • culinary education or graduation is a plus
  • previous experience in culinary or hospitality fields is beneficial but not required
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environments
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • passion for food service and hospitality
  • flexibility to work full-time or part-time schedules

Job Duties

  • Perform front and back of house culinary tasks including plating and food prep
  • set up and tear down dining areas such as cafeterias, restaurants, and retail spaces
  • assist in dish room operations and sanitation maintenance
  • conduct inventory for dry stock and perishable foods
  • provide excellent customer service with a hospitality-driven mindset
  • operate as a cashier, barista, cook or runner in retail and national brand dining settings
  • create and manage catering food displays, transport and set up banquet-style events
  • serve guests during catering events and ensure venue breakdown with attention to detail and teamwork
  • maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic in all team environments
