Job Duties
- Perform front and back of the house culinary duties including plating and prep
- set up and tear down dining outlets such as cafes, restaurants, and retail areas
- assist in kitchen tasks including dish room operations and inventory management
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- operate as a barista, cashier, cook, and runner in retail dining settings
- create and set up catering food displays with attention to detail
- transport, serve, and break down banquet events ensuring excellent guest service
- collaborate with team members to provide a positive and hospitable guest experience
