Job Duties

  • Perform front and back of the house culinary duties including plating and prep
  • set up and tear down dining outlets such as cafes, restaurants, and retail areas
  • assist in kitchen tasks including dish room operations and inventory management
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • operate as a barista, cashier, cook, and runner in retail dining settings
  • create and set up catering food displays with attention to detail
  • transport, serve, and break down banquet events ensuring excellent guest service
  • collaborate with team members to provide a positive and hospitable guest experience
