Team members will get hands-on experience across front-of-house and back-of-house responsibilities, including plating meals, setup and teardown of café spaces, and assisting with kitchen operations such as food preparation, dishroom duties, inventory management of dry and perishable food stocks, and maintaining sanitation standards. Hospitality and customer service are at the core of this role, and employees must bring a positive attitude, a team-oriented mindset, and the willingness to contribute to a vibrant work environment.
In addition to culinary tasks, components of the role include engaging with customers in a polite and professional manner, supporting retail and national brand outlets as baristas, cashiers, cooks, or runners, and participating in catering operations involving detailed food presentation and banquet service. Catering assignments range from casual business lunches to upscale events, providing employees with diverse and enriching experiences.
