Job Qualifications

  • basic math skills for inventory and portioning
  • demonstrated ability to work well within a team
  • positive attitude and commitment to hospitality excellence

Job Duties

  • Learn and perform essential culinary and hospitality duties in a hospital dining services environment
  • prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
  • manage inventory and portion ingredients accurately
  • maintain sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
  • assist with set up and tear down of cafes, restaurants, and retail food outlets
  • comply with dietary instructions under Clinical Dietitian guidance
  • deliver exceptional guest service with a hospitable and compassionate attitude
  • collaborate effectively within a team environment
