Job Duties
- Learn and perform essential culinary and hospitality duties in a hospital dining services environment
- prepare and present meals following Executive Chef menus
- manage inventory and portion ingredients accurately
- maintain sanitation and cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas
- assist with set up and tear down of cafes, restaurants, and retail food outlets
- comply with dietary instructions under Clinical Dietitian guidance
- deliver exceptional guest service with a hospitable and compassionate attitude
- collaborate effectively within a team environment
