Currently, Metz Culinary Management has an opening for a substitute worker position designed to cover shifts for absent employees or provide additional support when needed. This role operates in a fast-paced yet fun atmosphere where teamwork and service excellence are highly valued. The working hours are from 7 am to 2 pm, with a flexible clock-out policy where employees may finish a few minutes earlier or slightly later depending on daily demands. The role suits individuals ready to embrace various responsibilities and assist across different culinary and hospitality functions within the company’s diverse service settings. Job Duties

  • Substitute for absent employees as needed
  • Assist in plating, set up, and tear down of dining and retail areas
  • Support kitchen operations including food preparation, dish room duties, and inventory management
  • Ensure sanitation and cleanliness standards are met
  • Provide compassionate and attentive service to patients and residents in dietary roles
  • Follow Executive Chef menus for food preparation and presentation
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
