Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Foodservice Sales Manager will lead a sales team in developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at growing sales, strengthening customer relationships, and enhancing customer advocacy. This role demands a collaborative mindset, combining a deep understanding of the grocery industry with strong leadership skills to inspire, organize, and hold the sales team accountable to company goals.
Key responsibilities include supporting customers' business strategies by crafting innovative solutions that drive revenue growth for both customers and the company, managing escalated customer opportunities with efficiency, and proactively recommending process improvements to leadership. Additionally, the role requires active involvement in contract renewals and business expansion efforts, as well as traveling up to 50% of the time to attend food shows, meetings, and customer visits.
