The company is currently seeking a dedicated and professional CDL Truck Driver to join their transportation team. This vital role involves transporting and delivering products from the Distribution Center or Terminal to various Sheetz store locations safely and efficiently. The position plays an essential part in ensuring that all stores maintain adequate inventory levels and that products arrive in excellent condition, preserving their quality and freshness.

This is a full-time, operational role that requires adherence to strict safety and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting the truck and trailer before, during, and after each trip to ensure mechanical soundness and safety, as well as maintain required documentation such as driver logs, mileage records, and Bills of Lading. Familiarity and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing the operation of commercial motor vehicles are mandatory. The CDL Truck Driver will also be tasked with loading and unloading products carefully to prevent damage and ensure that temperature-sensitive items are handled correctly to maintain product integrity.

Sheetz emphasizes respectful and professional behavior in all interactions, whether with customers, co-workers, or management. The company values consistent, high-quality work and expects its CDL Truck Drivers to report any highway safety hazards, accidents, or delays promptly. The role demands a high standard of responsibility, reliability, and communication to support the smooth functioning of the supply chain. Employees enjoy a workplace culture that prioritizes inclusion and accessibility, with accommodations available to qualified individuals needing them to perform essential job duties.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced truck drivers who hold a Class A CDL and have at least two years of experience with substantial tractor-trailer mileage. Sheetz provides a stable working environment within a respected organization that offers competitive compensation and the chance for career growth within the transportation and logistics division. Join Sheetz to contribute to a company known for operational excellence, community focus, and fostering a supportive work atmosphere.
