The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting the truck and trailer before, during, and after each trip to ensure mechanical soundness and safety, as well as maintain required documentation such as driver logs, mileage records, and Bills of Lading. Familiarity and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing the operation of commercial motor vehicles are mandatory. The CDL Truck Driver will also be tasked with loading and unloading products carefully to prevent damage and ensure that temperature-sensitive items are handled correctly to maintain product integrity.
