This full-time position is for Food and Consumable Associates who play a vital role in maintaining the store's vibrant and inviting environment. These associates are primarily responsible for taking care of customers by ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and presented creatively on the salesfloor. The role demands both physical effort and attention to detail as associates move incoming merchandise from the backroom to the salesfloor and develop seasonal display features tailored to meet customer demands and enhance the shopping experience. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20 to $33 per hour, subject to meeting or exceeding the required local minimum wage. Additional compensation may be provided through performance incentives, and certain shifts or tasks may include premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on various factors such as schedule, location, and specific work performed.
