In addition to the hourly wage, associates may receive performance-based incentives on an annual or quarterly basis. Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also apply under specific circumstances related to schedule, location, season, or particular work conditions.

As a Food and Consumable Associate, you will be responsible for moving incoming merchandise from receiving areas to the sales floor efficiently and creating appealing seasonal merchandising displays tailored to customer needs. This role requires associating closely with customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and ensure a superior shopping experience.
