Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work part-time mid-shift or closing shifts
- meet required minimum wage standards
- pass background check and drug screening
- possess legal authorization to work in the united states
- availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or merchandising experience advantageous
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing
- capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- basic math skills for inventory and pricing
Job Duties
- move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- create and maintain seasonal display features
- ensure food and consumable items are well-stocked and organized
- provide excellent customer service and assistance
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in assigned areas
- collaborate with team members to meet store performance goals
