- part-time availability especially for mid-shift and closing shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking
- willingness to follow Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- strong work ethic and teamwork skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States
