Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- availability to work part-time hours including mid and closing shifts
- physical ability to perform stock stocking and merchandising duties
- willingness to adhere to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or merchandising experience is advantageous but not required
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- basic math and organizational skills
- ability to lift and move merchandise as required
- commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Job Duties
- stocking shelves and moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- creating and maintaining seasonal and promotional displays
- assisting customers with locating products and answering their questions
- ensuring that all food and consumable products are presented attractively and safely
- rotating stock to maintain freshness and minimize waste
- supporting team members to meet store goals and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- complying with all Walmart policies and procedures including the no-tolerance drug-free workplace policy
