Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to lift and move merchandise
- available to work part-time, including mid and closing shifts
- have legal authorization to work in the United States
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- reliable and punctual
- capable of standing or walking for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior retail or merchandising experience is a plus
- strong attention to detail
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- flexibility to work mid-shift or closing shifts
- basic math and inventory skills
Job Duties
- move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- create seasonal display features to meet the needs of customers
- maintain accurate and attractive product displays
- provide excellent customer service
- assist with inventory management
- collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- follow safety and operational policies
