The role available is for a part-time Food and Consumables Associate, focusing on creating an exceptional customer experience while performing various merchandising and stocking duties. This position involves moving incoming merchandise from storage areas to the sales floor, ensuring products are readily available to customers, and maintaining the appearance and organization of the food and consumables department. Associates in this role are expected to engage with customers, provide assistance when needed, and creatively set up seasonal displays that appeal to shopper preferences and seasonal trends.

This part-time position offers shifts during mid-shift hours and closing times, suitable for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements. The wages range from $15 to $28 per hour, with actual pay meeting or exceeding minimum wage requirements for the location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums that may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, awarded based on specific criteria like schedule, facility, season, or special job duties. Multiple premiums can apply concurrently if eligibility conditions are met.
