Job Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Availability to work full-time including flexible shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must adhere to Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic proficiency in English
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Basic knowledge of merchandising and stocking
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Job Duties
- Take care of customers by assisting and answering questions
- Move incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor promptly
- Create seasonal display features to meet customer needs
- Stock shelves to maintain product availability and presentation
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate equipment used for stocking and merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation
