Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Must be able to work part-time hours including mid and closing shifts
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to follow Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Reliable transportation to the Canandaigua location
- Basic proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Ability to lift and move merchandise as required
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- Create seasonal display features to meet customer needs
- Assist customers with product queries and locations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandise areas
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Support team members and contribute to store goals
