Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- availability to work part-time shifts
- legal authorization to work in the US
- pass background check and drug screening
Job Qualifications
- ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- effective communication skills
- basic merchandising knowledge
- customer service orientation
- ability to lift and move merchandise
- teamwork and collaboration skills
- prior retail experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- create seasonal display features to meet customer needs
- ensure shelves are stocked and organized
- assist customers with inquiries and product location
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the work area
- collaborate with team members for efficient store operations
- participate in inventory management and replenishment
