As a Food and Consumable Associate at Walmart Supercenter #5260, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized while providing excellent customer service. This part-time position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $14 to $27 per hour, with the actual pay meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements specific to your job location. In addition to the base wage, you may receive additional compensation through performance incentives, which can be awarded annually or quarterly. Furthermore, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply depending on scheduling, facility requirements, seasonal demands, or the specific nature of work performed, with the potential to combine multiple premiums if criteria are met.

Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with their needs while ensuring that all food and consumable products are merchandised creatively and appealingly to boost sales and customer satisfaction. The Food and Consumables team focuses on moving incoming merchandise onto the sales floor promptly and creating engaging seasonal displays tailored to the customers’ preferences and shopping habits. This role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain quality standards and promote a welcoming shopping environment.
