Job Duties

  • Provide quality customer service by offering one-on-one attention to detail
  • Oversee and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage according to company standards
  • Help plan menus
  • Ensure timely and efficient meal service and supervise the serving of meals
  • Respond to customer complaints in person and via email
  • Train employees and coordinate their work to promote efficiency and excellence
  • Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow
  • Use proper systems to complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports including inventory, cash handling, production records, payroll, and timekeeping
  • Handle cash responsibly according to Food Accounting Manual
  • Order food and supplies from approved sources
  • Direct and participate in sanitation and safety compliance
  • Develop sanitation schedules and enforce adherence among staff
  • Issue written and oral instructions
  • Assist in selecting and orienting employees and oversee staff training
  • Perform other assigned duties
