Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service by offering one-on-one attention to detail
- Oversee and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage according to company standards
- Help plan menus
- Ensure timely and efficient meal service and supervise the serving of meals
- Respond to customer complaints in person and via email
- Train employees and coordinate their work to promote efficiency and excellence
- Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow
- Use proper systems to complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports including inventory, cash handling, production records, payroll, and timekeeping
- Handle cash responsibly according to Food Accounting Manual
- Order food and supplies from approved sources
- Direct and participate in sanitation and safety compliance
- Develop sanitation schedules and enforce adherence among staff
- Issue written and oral instructions
- Assist in selecting and orienting employees and oversee staff training
- Perform other assigned duties
