We are currently seeking a motivated and effective Food Truck Manager to join our healthcare team in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania. This full-time, onsite role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a talented team of food service workers and manage all aspects of our food truck operations and catering services. As a Food Truck Manager, you will be instrumental in elevating the dining experience at various events, ranging from festivals and weddings to bar mitzvahs and other special occasions both inside and outside the gates of White Horse Village.

The Food Truck Manager will oversee all functions of the food truck and its resources, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This leadership role involves managing a diverse team of associates, including hiring and training new employees to maintain top culinary, safety, and sanitation standards. Your exceptional communication skills will be key in liaising effectively with hourly staff and company executives, fostering a collaborative work environment focused on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

In addition to daily management duties, you will coordinate catering services on and off premises, ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly with attention to detail and quality.
