Statler Commissary operates a dynamic food truck as part of its vibrant food service offerings, serving diverse culinary creations including classics like chicken souvlaki, mac and cheese, and fried chicken bites. As a part of a university-associated food service unit, the Statler Commissary is dedicated to providing convenient, delicious, and freshly prepared meals to students, staff, and visitors. Teamwork and communication play a critical role in this position as the Line Cook must efficiently read and interpret food tickets, multitask, and deliver high-quality meals promptly during peak service times.
