Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely handle hot equipment and sharp tools
- Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly in a confined kitchen space
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
