Currently, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is seeking a motivated and experienced Food Truck General Manager to join their team at the Tesla Gigafactory 1 in Sparks, Nevada. Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures ranging from 0°F to 100°F
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to balance and move up to 25 pounds for distances up to 50 feet
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and movement throughout the food truck

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of restaurant management or leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in fast-casual, quick-service, or hospitality environments is a plus
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory, and restaurant operations
  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members
