Job Duties
- Drive food truck to designated locations
- wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly to maintain cleanliness standards
- ensure all food preparation areas are sanitized and organized at all times
- maintain the cleanliness of the food truck interior, including floors, counters, and storage areas
- follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene compliance
- take customer orders and handle transactions
- assist with basic food preparation tasks
