Bon Me is currently looking to hire food truck drivers and crew members who are enthusiastic about driving the company's food trucks between Harvard Square and their Roxbury kitchen. These team members will also engage in food preparation and direct customer service on the food trucks during daytime hours. The available work positions include both full-time and part-time roles, with competitive starting wages ranging from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, complemented by tips that typically add $5 to $6 per hour. The role of a food truck driver and crew member at Bon Me is dynamic and hands-on. Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record as they will be responsible for safely transporting the food trucks between key locations. Crew members will work alongside drivers and kitchen staff, preparing food orders, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction. Physical stamina is essential, as the role requires standing for prolonged periods, repeated walking and bending, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Job Duties
- Drive food trucks safely between Harvard Square and the Roxbury kitchen
- Prepare food orders on the food truck with attention to quality and consistency

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck workspace
- Lift, carry, and manage inventory items up to 50 pounds
- Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies rigorously
