Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a cook preferred
- lunch service experience
- can-do attitude
- punctuality and reliability
- ability to communicate effectively with team members
- willingness to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- availability from May 16th through August
Job Qualifications
- experience working as a cook in a food service setting
- lunch service experience is preferred
- basic understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- good communication skills
- serve-safe certificate preferred but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- prep food items according to recipes and standards
- cook food items using prescribed methods
- maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with health regulations
- communicate effectively with co-workers, wait staff, and management
- arrive on time and ready to work
- follow food safety guidelines and procedures
- provide excellent customer service at the food truck
