The role of Food Transporter/Delivery Driver at Chartwells K12 is a vital position responsible for transporting food, supplies, and other essential products to various units and service areas using company vehicles. This full-time position is based at Oak Park School, located at 13701 Oak Park Boulevard, Oak Park, MI, and includes a scheduled workday from approximately 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with days potentially varying as per operational needs. The position offers a fixed pay rate of $17.50 per hour and includes an internal employee referral bonus as an incentive.

As a Food Transporter/Delivery Driver, the individual plays a key role in the overall success of the food service operation by ensuring timely and safe delivery of requisitioned materials, receiving production orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the delivery vehicle. This role demands excellent attention to detail, adherence to sanitation and safety protocols, and the ability to manage inventory accurately.
