Job Qualifications

  • completion of at least two years of high school preferred
  • ability to follow oral instructions and perform simple, easy to learn tasks
  • must be able to qualify for a food handlers card
  • excellent attention to detail
  • willingness to cross-train and work in different areas of the store as needed
  • must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members
  • excellent communication skills
  • basic computer skills
  • preferred fast food experience

Job Duties

  • greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
  • acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the register to let them know you'll be right with them
  • listen to customer needs
  • ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
  • ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
  • complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
  • operate kitchen equipment such as oven, grill, deep-fat fryer following set procedures
  • accept customer food orders and provide food orders to customers
  • handle cash transactions and complete cash and sales reports
  • assemble sandwiches and other food products
  • participate in achieving service and sales goals
  • take stock counts and report inventory issues
  • resolve customer complaints at the lowest level and inform management
  • maintain sanitation standards within assigned work areas
  • assist in unloading, receiving, and storing supplies
  • actively communicate and promote the military star credit card to customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
  • perform other related duties as assigned
