Job Qualifications
- completion of at least two years of high school preferred
- ability to follow oral instructions and perform simple, easy to learn tasks
- must be able to qualify for a food handlers card
- excellent attention to detail

- must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members
- excellent communication skills
- basic computer skills
- preferred fast food experience
Job Duties
- greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
- acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the register to let them know you'll be right with them
- listen to customer needs
- ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
- ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
- complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
- operate kitchen equipment such as oven, grill, deep-fat fryer following set procedures
- accept customer food orders and provide food orders to customers
- handle cash transactions and complete cash and sales reports
- assemble sandwiches and other food products
- participate in achieving service and sales goals
- take stock counts and report inventory issues
- resolve customer complaints at the lowest level and inform management
- maintain sanitation standards within assigned work areas
- assist in unloading, receiving, and storing supplies
- actively communicate and promote the military star credit card to customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
- perform other related duties as assigned
