Job Qualifications

completion of at least two years of high school preferred
ability to follow oral instructions and perform simple, easy to learn tasks
must be able to qualify for a food handlers card
excellent attention to detail
willingness to cross-train and work in different areas of the store as needed
must possess a welcoming and helpful attitude toward customers and team members
excellent communication skills
basic computer skills
preferred fast food experience

Job Duties

greet every customer with eye contact and smile in your authentic way
acknowledge every waiting customer as soon as they arrive to the register to let them know you'll be right with them
listen to customer needs
ask appropriate follow-up questions to ensure you offer appropriate products that meet the specific need of the customer
ensure customers have an extraordinary experience while shopping
complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging customers in appropriate conversation
operate kitchen equipment such as oven, grill, deep-fat fryer following set procedures
accept customer food orders and provide food orders to customers
handle cash transactions and complete cash and sales reports
assemble sandwiches and other food products
participate in achieving service and sales goals
take stock counts and report inventory issues
resolve customer complaints at the lowest level and inform management
maintain sanitation standards within assigned work areas
assist in unloading, receiving, and storing supplies
actively communicate and promote the military star credit card to customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty
perform other related duties as assigned
