The successful candidate will also serve as a backup in food preparation and cooking or baking of food products, demonstrating versatility and skill in multiple culinary functions. - three years of supervisor or cooking experience in quantity and quality cooking or baking
- Servsafe certified
- ability to work with minimal supervision
- ability to read and prepare meals using recipe cards and production sheets
