Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of related work experience
- ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and lead a team effectively

Job Duties
- provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business

- work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties assigned that differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
