The Food Supervisor role at SodexoMagic is a full-time position located at the University of Houston - Downtown. This role requires working varying shifts with open availability preferred, offering an hourly pay range of $15 to $19. As a Food Supervisor, you play a critical role in maintaining the high quality of food service operations across several settings, including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Your responsibilities will include supporting management by coordinating routine activities of service employees, ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards, and facilitating employee training and orientation. You will act as a key liaison between the team and customers, addressing service issues promptly to uphold customer satisfaction. The role demands strong multitasking abilities, leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a healthy, safe, and productive work environment.
