Located at Oral Roberts University, the Sodexo Food Supervisor position is a full-time role offering an hourly pay range of $15 to $20. As a Food Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting management by overseeing daily operations within various food service settings. These include fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth operations by coordinating and supervising service employees while maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction, safety, and employee training. Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
