The Food Supervisor role, based at Southern Virginia University, is a full-time position offering a competitive pay range of $16.50 to $20.50 per hour. As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, your responsibilities will include providing on-site oversight and coordinating routine activities of the food service team to ensure excellent service delivery. You will support management by supervising daily operations, training new employees, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. Your role will also involve interacting with customers to guarantee satisfaction regarding food quality, service standards, and conflict resolution. Job Requirements
- successful completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of work experience in food service or related field
- ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- capability to interact effectively with customers and employees
- willingness to support management and train employees
- ability to ensure safety compliance in the workplace

Job Duties
