This full-time position offers a competitive pay range from $24 to $29 per hour, with varying shifts requiring open availability preferred to meet the dynamic needs of the food service operations. The Food Supervisor acts as a key link between management and food service employees, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations across various food service venues including fast casual dining, coffee and counter services, cafeterias, banquet events, and cafes.

The Food Supervisor is responsible for overseeing routine work activities, supporting the management team, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment. This role emphasizes multitasking, leadership, and quality assurance to improve the overall customer experience. Supervisors facilitate employee training, enforce safety standards, and help resolve customer issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction. Job Duties

  • provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
