The Food Supervisor position at Deer Creek High School is a full-time role with weekday morning shifts, offering between $16.50 and $18.50 per hour. As a Food Supervisor for Sodexo, you will have the pivotal role of overseeing daily food service operations. This includes managing various dining settings such as fast casual food outlets, coffee counters, cafeterias, event and banquet services, and casual dining cafes. You will ensure quality control, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency while supporting the management team to meet organizational goals.

You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of service employees, providing leadership that promotes teamwork, safety, and excellent service standards. This role requires adaptability and multitasking skills as you assist with training and orientations, ensure health and safety compliance, address customer concerns, and contribute to a positive work environment. Your contribution will directly impact the customer experience and the smooth running of food services at the high school.
