The Food Supervisor position at Sodexo, located at Merrimack College, offers a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive pay range of $26.00 to $30.00 per hour. This role involves overseeing day-to-day food service operations and supporting management in coordinating service employees across multiple dining venues, including fast casual eateries, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, event banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of related work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Availability to work varying shifts including days and hours
  • Ability to provide support in a fast-paced food service environment

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business

  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned which may vary among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
