The Food Supervisor position at Sodexo is based in the UNITED CLUB - AUS location, offering a full-time rotation shift with open availability and a pay rate of $24.80 per hour. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of food operations and customer satisfaction. As a Food Supervisor, you will be accountable for overseeing daily service activities across various food service settings including fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes. You play a pivotal role in supporting management by coordinating routine work activities and ensuring a safe, quality-focused environment for both employees and customers.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year in food service or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and rotation shifts
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards

- At least 1 year of related work experience

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
- Facilitate orientation and training of employees
- Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Assign other duties as may be required depending on business necessities and client requirements
