The role of Food Supervisor at Sodexo, located at Bethune-Cookman University, is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour. The Food Supervisor leads service employees who work in diverse foodservice settings such as fast casual, coffee and counter services, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes.

As a Food Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating routine work activities, ensuring a safe working environment, facilitating employee training and orientation, and addressing customer concerns to uphold service quality. This role requires a proactive leader who can multitask effectively, support management in daily operations, and foster a collaborative team environment. The position demands open availability and flexibility with varying shifts, ensuring coverage during key operational hours.

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business

  • work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned that may differ depending on business necessities and client requirements
