The Food Supervisor role at Sodexo, located at Iolani School, is a full-time position offering an hourly wage range of $22 to $25. This position requires someone with strong leadership abilities, exceptional multitasking skills, and a passion for improving everyday experiences in food service environments. As a Food Supervisor, you will oversee a variety of food operations including fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Your core responsibility will be to support management by coordinating and supervising service employees to ensure smooth daily operations while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

You will play an integral part in fostering a safe and positive work environment, helping orient and train new employees, and engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided. The position demands flexibility in scheduling as shifts vary, and open availability is preferred to meet business needs effectively.
