The Food Supervisor role at Sodexo, based at Rollins College, is a full-time position offering an hourly pay range between $21 and $23. The Food Supervisor acts as a key on-site leader, supporting management by overseeing daily food service operations. This includes fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, catered events, banquets, casual dining venues, and cafes. As a Food Supervisor, you will be expected to coordinate the work schedules and activities of the food service employees, ensuring smooth operations throughout your shift. - one or more years of related work experience
- previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
- assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
- facilitate orientation and training of employees
- work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
