As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, based in a manufacturing company setting, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing food operations. This position is full-time with varying shifts, offering a pay range between $26.00 to $29.00 per hour. The role demands a dynamic and organized individual capable of multitasking and managing multiple aspects of food service operations, including fast casual, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. You will provide essential oversight at the direction of management, coordinating the routine work of employees engaged in food operations to ensure smooth business functions and superior customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will encompass supporting management in daily operations, maintaining a safe working environment for all staff, facilitating employee orientation and training, and directly engaging with customers to resolve any quality or service issues.
