You will be responsible for managing various food service environments such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 or more years of related work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Possess a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work weekdays morning and afternoon/evening shifts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other assigned duties that may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
