The Food Supervisor position at Sodexo within the UNITED CLUB at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) offers full-time employment with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. This role demands a proactive leader who excels at multitasking and improving quality of life through effective food operation management. As a Food Supervisor, you will oversee daily food service activities, coordinating and supporting service employees engaged in fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, high customer satisfaction, and a safe and productive work environment. This position requires adaptability, reliability, and dedication to promoting a healthy work culture.

In this role, you will provide vital support to management by supervising key functions during daily operations, facilitating employee orientation and training, and maintaining a safe workplace. Customer satisfaction is a priority, and you will work closely with clientele to address quality, service, and problem resolution. Job Requirements

  • One or more years of related work experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work any shift with open availability
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
