The role of Food Supervisor at Sodexo, located at Stinson Leonard Street UPA in Minneapolis, is a full-time position that offers an hourly pay range of $24 to $27. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of experience in food service or related field
  • Ability to work weekdays with morning and afternoon/evening shifts
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Adaptability to different client requirements and work environments

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • One or more years of related work experience
  • Strong team-oriented attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle diverse responsibilities

Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
  • Coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations
