The Food Supervisor role at SodexoMagic represents an exciting and dynamic position vital to the smooth operation of food services across various venues such as fast casual outlets, coffee/counter service points, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. This is a full-time opportunity at the MERCK, WEST POINT location, offering a competitive pay range between $8.00 and $25.00 per hour, reflecting varied experience levels and shift assignments. Job Duties

  • Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
  • Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
  • Facilitate orientation and training of employees
  • Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Perform other duties as assigned, which may vary among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
