This full-time Food Supervisor role is located at Oral Roberts University, offering an hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $20.00. The position requires varying shifts and working days with open availability preferred, providing flexibility for employees while maintaining a consistent schedule. As a Food Supervisor with Sodexo, you will act as a vital link between management and service employees, ensuring smooth food operations across different outlets such as fast casual dining, coffee counters, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes.

In this capacity, the Food Supervisor will provide daily oversight to service employees, maintain safety and quality standards, facilitate training and orientation for new staff, and handle customer relations, ensuring satisfaction by addressing quality, service, and problem resolution.
